Each morning we practice Synergy Yoga — grounding, intelligent, and deeply revitalising — awakening the spine, opening the body, and bringing the whole system back into alignment.
Between practices, we enjoy ocean views, nourishing Greek meals with local ingredients, swims in hidden coves, and the simple beauty that naturally reconnects you with yourself.

She is passionate about Vinyasa Yoga and the Synergy Method. Her expertise extends to specialized areas such as breathwork, pregnancy, postpartum care, and holistic healing through yoga and Pilates practice. Her nurturing role as a mother infuses her teachings with warmth and compassion.
