These Terms and Conditions govern your use of retreat.portodelfino.com and participation in Porto Delfino Retreat programs. By using this website or registering for a retreat, you agree to these Terms.
Registration
A booking is confirmed after submission of the registration form and receipt of the required payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings when necessary.
Payments
All prices are listed in Euros. Payment must be made using the methods provided on the website. You are responsible for any bank or transaction fees.
Cancellation Policy
Participant cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date may receive a partial refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If the organizer cancels a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a refund of payments made. We are not responsible for travel or external expenses.
Travel and Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging travel and obtaining appropriate travel and medical insurance.
Health Responsibility
Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally fit to attend the retreat. Any medical conditions should be disclosed prior to participation. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, travel disruptions, third-party actions, or force majeure events. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the retreat.
Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward other guests and staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logos, and branding is the property of Porto Delfino Retreat and may not be reproduced without written permission.
